* When sending a message, openSIS automatically detects the recipient’s stored first language.
* The sender can switch ON the option, and the system will provide a translated preview.

2 Translation to a Chosen Language
* If a recipient’s first language is not stored, the sender can manually select a preferred language from the dropdown.
* The message will be translated accordingly, and recipients will receive the translated version along with the original text.

* The sender does not need to preview every language; the system ensures each parent receives the message in their own stored first language.
